The Hospital

DAILY TREATMENT SCHEDULE

1. 28 days treatment duration.

2. Visits or family contact are not allowed during the first week of treatment.

3. Further activities, not included in the program, are available upon request. + information

		From 8 to 10 a.m. The patient has time to get ready, have breakfast and make use of the gym, as well as getting a one hour massage.				From 10 to 11 a.m. Meditation and relaxation class, if possible, group sessions will be held on the beach.

		From 11am to 1 p.m. Group therapy.				From 1 to 3 p.m. The patient will have a lunch break, free time to exercise rest and get a massage. The gym remains open with a physiotherapist who will be pleased to personalise your exercise program.

		From 3 to 7 p.m. A minimum of 2 individual sessions of 45 minutes each including family therapy will be arranged. The patient will have time left to do his homework.				From 7 to 9 p.m. Dinner time and doctor or psychiatrist visit. During this time AA community meetings will be arranged for specific patients, we take care of all the necessary arrangements for the pick up of the patient from the hospital to the venue and back.

		Depending on the weather, the patients can make use of the sun beds in the garden for sunbathing and a swimming pool for swimming. During the weekend and bank holidays there is a psychologist at the clinic who will individualise your treatment. The treatment is not interrupted, the group, individual and meditation sessions continue as well as all kind of recreational and therapeutical activities.
